Welcome to VividoShop, an online marketplace where artisans, creators, and small businesses (“Sellers”) share their handmade products, and buyers (“Customers”) discover unique treasures.

By using our website, you agree to the following simple rules that help keep our community safe, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

1. VividoShop’s Role

What VividoShop IS

Vividoshop is a multivendor marketplace, a middleman platform between sellers and buyers.
This means:

  • Sellers create their own stores
  • They list and manage their own products
  • They handle their own shipping and returns
  • Buyers purchase directly from sellers
  • Vividoshop is the platform connecting both sides

What VividoShop Is NOT

We are not the manufacturer, seller, shipper, or owner of the products.
We are not responsible for:

  • product quality or authenticity
  • delivery or packaging
  • returns, refunds, or exchanges
  • disputes between buyers and sellers
  • Verify package contents
  • Take responsibility for the seller's or buyer's actions

All product and service responsibilities belong to the individual sellers.

What Vividoshop DOES:

  • Provide the website
  • Offer exposure to sellers
  • Support marketplace systems
  • Promote sellers through marketing

2. Using Our Platform

By using Vividoshop, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Use the marketplace respectfully
  • Not upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content

3. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree to:

  • Review product information carefully
  • Choose the correct sizes, colors, and variations
  • Handle all questions, issues, and complaints directly with sellers
  • Respect each seller’s individual return/refund policy

VividoShop does not issue refunds or returns for marketplace products.

4. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Product quality, authenticity, and legality
  • Accurate descriptions, photos, pricing, and stock
  • Shipping, packaging, delivery, and tracking
  • Managing returns, exchanges, and customer questions

Sellers must use the Vendor Dashboard to manage their store.

5. Payments 

Vividoshop uses Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method.
Buyers pay the courier when they receive the product.
VividoShop does not collect payments from buyers.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Sell illegal or counterfeit items
  • Sell unsafe products
  • Upload misleading or stolen images
  • Harass or abuse other users
  • Misuse the platform or attempt fraud
  • Bypass Vividoshop commission structures

7. Account Rules

Buyers can shop with or without an account.

Sellers must create an account in order to sell.

8. Account Termination

Vividoshop may suspend or remove any buyer or seller account that violates these terms or harms the marketplace experience.

We may suspend accounts that:

  • Do not pay commission invoices (sellers)
  • Break marketplace rules
  • Upload prohibited products
  • Engage in fraud or dishonesty

9. Changes to Terms

Vividoshop reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
