Welcome, creators!

To ensure a trustworthy marketplace, all sellers must follow the policy below.

1. Using Vividoshop as a Seller

By registering as a seller, you agree to follow all rules required by the platform and maintain an active, updated seller account.

2. Account & Registration

Sellers must:

  • Create an account
  • Provide accurate business information
  • Keep contact details updated
  • Fill out the store with required personal and business information, and list the products
  • All content on the store must be written in the Macedonian language with the Cyrillic alphabet

3. Responsibility for Product Quality & Authenticity

Sellers are fully responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all products listed are handmade, authentic, and accurately described
  • Providing true product photos, materials, and specifications
  • Own the rights to their designs, and avoid copying other creators
  • Delivering items in the condition and quality promised on the product page

Vividoshop does not verify product quality or authenticity — this is the seller’s full responsibility.

4. Allowed products to be sell on Vividoshop

Vividoshop focuses on handmade, unique, home-produced, and small-batch items.
The following categories are allowed:

Handmade & Artisan Products

  • Handmade jewelry, accessories, bags
  • Knitted / crocheted items
  • Handmade cosmetics (legal, safe, labeled)
  • Natural soaps & skincare
  • Handmade candles
  • Home décor (wood, clay, textile, resin, etc.)

Art & Creative Products

  • Paintings, illustrations, art prints
  • Handmade stationery, notebooks, planners
  • Personalized or custom items

Boutique & Small-Batch Fashion

  • Clothing made by the seller (your own brand)
  • Small-batch apparel
  • Limited-edition accessories
  • Art prints, paintings, illustrations
  • Stationery, planners, handmade notebooks

Everything must be made by the seller or legally owned/produced by them.

Local Artisan Goods

  • Traditional crafts
  • Regional handmade products
  • Cultural & folk items
  • Handmade souvenirs
  • Custom or personalized items

Home-Produced Food & Natural Products

These are allowed as long as they are safe, clearly labeled, and packaged properly:

Fresh Produce

  • Fresh seasonal fruit
  • Fresh vegetables
  • Fresh herbs

Home-Produced Foods

  • Homemade jams, ajvar, pindjur
  • Pickled vegetables
  • Juices, syrups
  • Dried fruit, teas
  • Homemade pasta or baked goods (that can be safely delivered same-day)
  • Honey and honey products
  • Natural spreads and traditional food products

Note: Sellers are responsible for following hygiene standards, proper storage, and safe packaging.

Animal-Based Local Food Products

You may sell the following ONLY if they are safe, properly stored, and responsibly packaged:

  • Eggs
  • Meat (fresh or processed)
  • Dairy products (cheese, yogurt, kajmak, etc.)
  • Alcohol (wine, rakija, craft liquor)

Important:
Sellers are fully responsible for:

✔ Proper temperature control
✔ Hygienic packaging
✔ Accurate labeling
✔ Honest shelf-life & storage instructions
✔ Complying with local laws

Vividoshop does not take responsibility for food safety — the seller does.

5. Prohibited Products to Sell on Vividoshop

These items are not permitted for legal, safety, or brand-fit reasons:

Unsafe, Illegal, or Poorly Packaged Food

Food is prohibited if it is:

  • Not safe for consumption
  • Spoiled, expired, or improperly stored
  • Requires refrigeration but is delivered without proper cooling
  • Not packaged hygienically
  • Missing necessary labeling (ingredients, allergens, dates, etc.)

Illegal or unsafe items

  • Weapons, Drugs, CBD oils, tobacco products
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Copyright or intellectual property violations

  • Fake branded items
  • Counterfeit products
  • Designs copied from other creators
  • AI-generated art copying existing artists

Mass-produced imports

(Unless approved as a small curated brand – case-by-case)

  • AliExpress / Shein / Temu items
  • Factory-produced goods with no handmade element
  • Dropshipping products
  • Generic, bulk items without originality

Unregulated or unsafe cosmetics

  • Cosmetics without ingredient labels
  • Items without basic safety compliance
  • Products that may cause harm (e.g., strong acids, medical claims)

Prohibited content

  • Adult products
  • Offensive or discriminatory content
  • Items promoting violence or hate
  • Items prohibited by Macedonian law or international regulations

Vividoshop may remove listings that break these rules.

Only safe, handmade, original, or artisan-made products are allowed.

6. Store Management

Using the Vendor Dashboard, sellers must:

  • Upload products correctly
  • Maintain accurate inventory
  • Set prices and shipping rates
  • Manage orders promptly

7. Order Preparation, Packaging & Shipping

Sellers are solely responsible for:

  • Setting their own shipping prices
  • Determining their delivery times
  • Packaging products safely
  • Preparing items for shipment
  • Courier arrangements
  • Shipping items within the stated processing time
  • Handling lost or damaged shipments
  • Providing tracking if available
  • Maintaining communication with buyers regarding delivery, delays, or issues

Vividoshop is not involved in the handling, packing, or shipping of any product

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Each seller must:

  • Create and publish their own Return & Refund Policy
  • Clearly state whether returns/exchanges are accepted
  • Handle return requests directly with the buyer

Vividoshop does not process or enforce returns between sellers and buyers.

9. COD Payments & Commission Fees

Vividoshop operates using Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.

  • When a buyer pays the courier, the seller receives the full payment
  • Vividoshop will issue an invoice for the commission percentage based on the value of completed orders
  • Sellers are required to pay Vividoshop’s commission upon receiving the invoice
  • Failure to pay commissions may result in account suspension or removal

10. Product Reviews & Ratings

  • Buyers can leave public comments and ratings on the products they purchase.
  • Sellers must not pressure, manipulate, or offer incentives for positive reviews.
  • Sellers may reply to reviews, but must remain respectful and professional at all times.
  • Vividoshop may remove abusive or fraudulent reviews at its discretion.

11. Communication With Buyers

Sellers must:

  • Answer buyer messages promptly
  • Resolve disputes, issues, or misunderstandings directly with the buyer
  • Maintain a professional and respectful tone at all times

Vividoshop does not intervene in communication between sellers and buyers unless legally required.

12. Dispute Resolution

VividoShop does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.

All issues must be resolved directly between both parties, including:

  • Product defects
  • Late delivery
  • Returns or exchanges
  • Custom order issues
  • Refunds

13. Account Suspension

Vividoshop reserves the right to suspend any seller who:

  • Violates marketplace policies
  • Receives repeated customer complaints
  • Fails to fulfill orders
  • Avoids commission payments
