Buyer Policy
Welcome, buyer!
To ensure a trustworthy marketplace, all buyers must follow the policy below.
1. Creating a Customer Account
Buyers can:
- Can shop with or without an account
- Checkout with or without creating an account
- Create an account to track orders, and view purchase history
- Manage their profile and preferences within the Shopify customer portal
Account creation is optional but improves the shopping experience.
2. Choosing & Purchasing Products
Buyers are responsible for:
- Carefully reading product descriptions, photos, and seller policies
- Selecting the correct size, color, variation, or customization
- Reviewing processing times, delivery times, and return rules
Vividoshop does not take responsibility for incorrect selections or misunderstandings.
3. Payment & COD Rules
All purchases are made through Cash on Delivery (COD).
This means:
- Buyers pay the courier upon delivery
- Refusing packages without reason harms sellers
- Repeated COD refusal may lead to account restrictions or blocking
4. Shipping & Delivery
VividoShop does not ship products. All orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped directly by the sellers.
- Delivery Times - delivery times vary by seller. Each seller states their expected delivery period on the product page.
- Order Tracking - if tracking is available, the seller will share it with the buyer.
- Delivery Issues - if your package is late, damaged, or missing, you must contact the seller directly. VividoShop is not responsible for delivery issues.
5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Vividoshop does not manage or process returns.
Each seller sets their own return/refund policy and handles all issues directly.
Buyers must contact the seller:
- for return instructions and product issues
- directly if they wish to return or exchange an item
- for damaged or incorrect items
- cover return shipping costs (unless seller states otherwise)
Vividoshop does not issue refunds or guarantee return acceptance.
6. Reviews & Ratings
Buyers may leave honest reviews and ratings after receiving an order.
Reviews must be:
- Truthful
- Respectful
- Related only to the product and service experience
Fake, abusive, or harmful reviews are not allowed and may be removed.
7. Communication With Sellers
For any issue related to an order, buyers must contact the seller directly.
This includes:
- Product questions
- Delivery issues
- Requests for customization
- Refunds, returns, exchanges
- Damage or incorrect products
Vividoshop does not handle or resolve disputes between buyers and sellers.
8. Prohibited Buyer Behavior
Buyers may not:
- Harass or abuse sellers
- Make fraudulent claims
- Refuse COD packages without valid reason
- Attempt chargeback fraud
- Purchase items with the intention of reselling without permission
Violation may lead to account restriction or removal.
9. Dispute Resolution
VividoShop does not mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.
All issues must be resolved directly between both parties, including:
- product defects
- late delivery
- returns or exchanges
- custom order issues
- refunds
Vividoshop may offer guidance, but we are not responsible for outcomes.
10. Vividoshop’s Role
Vividoshop is not a seller.
Vividoshop is not responsible for:
- Product quality
- Shipping delays
- Seller behavior
- Returns or refunds
- Damaged items
- Misrepresentation by sellers
Vividoshop only provides the platform — all transactions occur between buyer and seller.
