Payment & Shipping Policy
To ensure a transparent and safe experience for all our buyers and sellers, we present our Payment & Shipping Policy. This policy explains payment methods, the shipping process, and important information regarding multiple packages and possible delivery issues.
1. Payment Methods
- Buyers can pay via Cash on Delivery (COD).
- At checkout, the total shipping cost is displayed, which includes the shipping fees for all products in the cart, regardless of how many different sellers they come from.
2. Shipping
- Delivery times depend on the seller’s and buyer’s locations.
- All orders must be packed safely and securely for transport.
- Sellers must provide tracking information for each package if available.
3. Multiple Packages
- If a buyer purchases products from different sellers, the checkout will show the total shipping cost, which includes the shipping cost from seller 1 + seller 2.
- Upon delivery, the buyer will pay separately for each package, since they will arrive as separate packages from different sellers.
4. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
- If a package is lost or damaged during shipment, the seller is responsible for resolving the issue.
- Vividoshop can assist with mediation but is not responsible for courier services.
