VividoShop is an online marketplace where you can discover unique, handcrafted, and artisan-made products. We connect buyers with sellers, but we act only as a platform, not as a seller ourselves.

2. Do I need an account to buy products?

No, you can purchase as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Track your orders easily
  • Save your shipping addresses
  • View your purchase history
  • Receive updates about promotions and new products

3. How do I create a customer account?

To create an account, click on “Sign Up” on the website, provide your email, and create a password. Once registered, you can log in anytime to shop and manage your orders.

4. Who is responsible for the products I buy?

Sellers are fully responsible for the quality, authenticity, and delivery of the products they sell. VividoShop does not take responsibility for any issues between buyers and sellers.

5. How do I place an order?

Choose the product you want and confirm your purchase via the available payment method (Cash on Delivery). Make sure to select the right product and verify all details before placing your order.

6. Can I contact the seller?

Yes. Buyers can communicate directly with the seller for any questions, or order issues.

7. What if there is a problem with my order?

Buyers are responsible for handling all issues directly with the seller. VividoShop is not responsible for disputes, returns, or refunds.

8. What payment methods are available?

We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD). Buyers pay the seller directly at the time of delivery.

9. Can I return a product?

Return policies are set by each seller. Buyers must follow the seller’s instructions for returns or exchanges.
