1. How do I sell on VividoShop?
Create a Vendor Profile. After approval, you will get a store on the platform to upload and manage your products.
2. How fast can I start selling?
Immediately. As soon as you create your Seller Account and upload your first products, your store can go live.
3. Do I need to be a registered business to sell?
No. Sellers can participate as individuals, artisans, or small businesses.
You simply agree to the Seller Agreement.
4. Who is responsible for products sold on VividoShop?
Sellers are fully responsible for:
- Product quality and authenticity
- Accurate product descriptions and images
- Handling all shipping, packaging, and return policies
VividoShop acts only as a marketplace and does not assume responsibility for products or disputes.
5. What can I sell on Vividoshop? (Allowed Products)
Vividoshop focuses on handmade, unique, home-produced, and small-batch items.
The following categories are allowed:

- Handmade jewelry, accessories, bags
- Knitted / crocheted items
- Handmade cosmetics (legal, safe, labeled)
- Natural soaps & skincare
- Handmade candles
- Home décor (wood, clay, textile, resin, etc.)
🎨 Art & Creative Products
- Paintings, illustrations, art prints
- Handmade stationery, notebooks, planners
- Personalized or custom items
👗 Boutique & Small-Batch Fashion
- Clothing made by the seller (your own brand)
- Small-batch apparel
- Limited-edition accessories
- Art prints, paintings, illustrations
- Stationery, planners, handmade notebooks
Everything must be made by the seller or legally owned/produced by them.
🧺 Local Artisan Goods
- Traditional crafts
- Regional handmade products
- Cultural & folk items
- Handmade souvenirs

🍎 Home-Produced Food & Natural Products
These are allowed as long as they are safe, clearly labeled, and packaged properly:
Fresh Produce
- Fresh seasonal fruit
- Fresh vegetables
- Fresh herbs
Home-Produced Foods
- Homemade jams, ajvar, pindjur
- Pickled vegetables
- Juices, syrups
- Dried fruit, teas
- Homemade pasta or baked goods (that can be safely delivered same-day)
- Honey and honey products
- Natural spreads and traditional food products
Note: Sellers are responsible for following hygiene standards, proper storage, and safe packaging.
Animal-Based Local Food Products
You may sell the following ONLY if they are safe, properly stored, and responsibly packaged:
- Eggs
- Meat (fresh or processed)
- Dairy products (cheese, yogurt, kajmak, etc.)
- Alcohol (wine, rakija, craft liquor)
Important:
Sellers are fully responsible for:

Vividoshop does not take responsibility for food safety — the seller does.
6. What is NOT allowed on Vividoshop? (Prohibited Products)
These items are not permitted for legal, safety, or brand-fit reasons:
🚫 Unsafe, Illegal, or Poorly Packaged Food
Food is prohibited if it is:
- Not safe for consumption
- Spoiled, expired, or improperly stored
- Requires refrigeration but is delivered without proper cooling
- Not packaged hygienically
- Missing necessary labeling (ingredients, allergens, dates, etc.)
Illegal or unsafe items
- Weapons, Drugs, CBD oils, tobacco products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Copyright or intellectual property violations
- Fake branded items
- Counterfeit products
- Designs copied from other creators
- AI-generated art copying existing artists
Mass-produced imports
(Unless approved as a small curated brand – case-by-case)
- AliExpress / Shein / Temu items
- Factory-produced goods with no handmade element
- Dropshipping products
- Generic, bulk items without originality
Unregulated or unsafe cosmetics
- Cosmetics without ingredient labels
- Items without basic safety compliance
- Products that may cause harm (e.g., strong acids, medical claims)
Prohibited content
- Adult products
- Offensive or discriminatory content
- Items promoting violence or hate
7. How do I get paid?
VividoShop uses Cash on Delivery (COD). Buyers pay you directly at delivery. After the sale, you will receive an invoice from VividoShop for the commission based on the total sold value, which you must pay to VividoShop.
8. What fees does VividoShop charge?
A commission fee is applied to each order based on the product’s sold value. There are no upfront listing fees, and fees are only charged after confirmed sales.
9. Who handles shipping and delivery?
Sellers are fully responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping their products to buyers.
10. Who handles returns and refunds?
Sellers must define their return and refund policies. Buyers must follow these policies. VividoShop does not manage returns or refunds.
11. How do I upload and manage products?
Use your vendor dashboard to upload product images, descriptions, prices, stock levels, and shipping details. This is also where you manage orders and monitor sales.
12. Can I offer custom products?
Currently, full personalization—such as adding custom text, design, or modifying the appearance of a product—is not available.
However, this option will be available soon, allowing buyers to submit their preferences for prints, designs, or other customizations.
13. What if there is a dispute with a buyer?
All issues must be handled directly between the seller and buyer. VividoShop is not responsible for disputes, product issues, or payment conflicts.
14. Can I pause or close my store?
Yes. You can deactivate your store through the Vendor dashboard anytime.
