1. No Current Platform Fees

Currently, VividoShop is free for sellers.

VividoShop does not charge sellers:

  • Commission on sales
  • Platform usage fees
  • Subscription fees
  • Service fees

Under the current Cash on Delivery (COD) model:

  • Buyers pay the courier upon delivery.
  • Sellers receive the payment collected from buyers.
  • VividoShop does not deduct any fees from seller payments.

2. Future Pricing Changes

As VividoShop develops and introduces new services, features, and tools, the platform may update its pricing model in the future.

Future pricing changes may include fees related to:

  • Subscription model
  • Additional platform features
  • Marketing and promotional services
  • Seller tools
  • Other optional or enhanced services

Any future fees or pricing changes affecting sellers will be communicated in advance before they become effective.

3. Optional Paid Services

VividoShop may offer optional paid services designed to help sellers grow their shops and improve visibility.

Examples may include:

  • Promotional opportunities
  • Marketing services
  • Additional seller tools
  • Business support services

The details, pricing, and conditions of any optional services will be clearly communicated before sellers choose to use them.

4. VividoHub Tax & VAT

Vivido Hub DOO Kavadarci manages its tax obligations according to applicable Macedonian legislation. Currently, Vivido Hub DOO Kavadarci is not registered as a VAT taxpayer.

Until VAT registration becomes mandatory, Vivido Hub DOO Kavadarci does not charge VAT on its services.

If Vivido Hub DOO Kavadarci becomes subject to VAT registration in the future, applicable VAT charges will be applied according to the applicable legislation.

5. Seller Tax Responsibilities

Sellers are independently responsible for fulfilling their own tax and legal obligations related to sales made through VividoShop.

Sellers are responsible for:

  • Declaring income generated through sales
  • Maintaining required records
  • Paying applicable taxes or other obligations required by law

VividoShop:

  • Does not calculate seller taxes
  • Does not collect seller taxes
  • Does not pay taxes on behalf of sellers

Each seller should seek professional accounting or tax advice regarding their individual obligations.
